I'm an instructional designer with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Padjadjaran University — and that background isn't decorative. It's the lens through which I approach every learning challenge.
Over the past three years at The KPI Institute, I've worked across every layer of learning production: as a junior designer building course prototypes, as a QA specialist raising standards across 24 courses a month, and as a project manager leading a global team of 25 to deliver 144 live and face-to-face programmes. I've also introduced AI-assisted workflows that cut production time by 30% without sacrificing quality.
What I care about most is designing learning that transfers — that changes behaviour and builds capability, not just awareness. I do that by staying rigorous about learning science, staying close to my learners, and staying honest about what the data shows.
